How long does it take for my print to arrive?

You can expect to receive your print within 7 days of ordering. With bespoke pieces, depending on our waiting list , you can expect to receive your print within 2/3 weeks after placing your order. We use Royal Mail for all tube deliveries in the UK and standard shipping abroad. If you need your print quickly we always recommend using our express shipping option which is sent out by DHL express fully tracked and recorded. For any other shipping questions just drop us an email.

My order has arrived, how shall I unbox it?

Once your order has arrived, please open the tube end where it reads, “open here”, then proceed to slide the print out. There will be a letter attached to your print, slide this across and you can carefully unwrap the print. Then place in your frame and hang proudly on the wall. Last but not least, don’t forget to send us a quick shot of your print and tag us on instagram. If you’ve ordered your print framed, you’ll find the instructions on the information slip.

My country isn’t available for shipping?

If your country isn’t shown when purchasing a print. Get in touch and we will help sort this. No matter where you are, we will find a way to get you your print. Even if it means sending via penguin or carrier pigeon.

What if Id like one of my cars made?

We offer a fully bespoke service. Please get in touch for a chat about a bespoke piece.

Do you offer framing?

Yes, we offer Framing and can also offer custom framing options.

Am I able to change the colour of any car that I’ve seen on your website and instagram?

Yeah of course! Drop us an email about what car and colour you’d like and we will create it for you in your desired colour?

What is your favourite car?

My all time favourite car is the Ferrari F50. I often get asked what’s my favourite car to illustrate, currently I’m having a thing for old school automobiles such as the Jaguar Type and Aston Martin DB4 ZAGATO. As a petrolhead it changes most weeks.

Do you just do cars?

No we don’t just do cars, although we are aimed mostly at petrolheads this can be put into many categories. Bikes, Planes, get in touch if you have an idea and we can have a chat about any special projects.

What shall I do if my package arrives damaged?

Every print is packaged with cotton white gloves in thick high end packaging and checked over to see for any damage before leaving. No package will leave our packaging room with any damage. But you never know what that crafty postman may get up to whilst your print is on its way to you. If your print arrives damaged in anyway please email us and we will send you a replacement if the damage is not caused by you.

What happens if my print doesn’t arrive in the time stated

Unfortunately currently all shipping has been delayed due to the current coronavirus pandemic. Please be patient as postage all across the world has become delayed. No shipping dates can be guaranteed currently. If you are worried your print has been lost, don’t worry get in touch and we will get in touch with that pesky postman.

How will Brexit affect my shipping prices?

Unfortunately due to Great Britain leaving the EU , from July 1st 2021 there may be a customs/tax fee on your order. Please check with your local shipping provider or government websites to see what rate this will be as it differed from each country.
